Saying, "Feelings lie, therefore I am not really angry. I need to get a grip & control it," fuels emotional disconnection & self-striving.
Boundaries are about protecting what is yours because it’s valuable. It’s about stewarding what’s yours to own & take care of.
Boundary struggles are often rooted in a lack of knowing love & value for oneself. To know it, we need to experience it with God & others.
