Here we’ll journey through areas of emotional health, soul care, and spiritual growth in order to cultivate a life-well lived and a soul well-nourished. Not a perfect life, but a life reliant on the One who is perfect.

An apology that only acknowledges that another person was offended by your behavior and not how the person was actually harmed by your offense is not an apology.
A true apology will recognize the harm, take responsibility for the offense, accept the consequence, and make amends.
