I believe God has more peace, joy, and freedom than many of us come to know. I want this for us.
I also believe God is bigger and better than any of us can ever know. I want us to see more of Him daily.
Here we’ll journey through areas of emotional health, soul care, and spiritual growth in order to cultivate a life-well lived and a soul well-nourished. Not a perfect life, but a life reliant on the One who is perfect.
While it may not be easy, it’s worth it.

Trying to get another person to think, act, or live the way you think they should will never draw them close to you relationally, emotionally, spiritually. It damages relationship and the possibility for real connection.
Deeply grieved over divisiveness that keeps us from seeking God first and seeing others as part of God’s valued creation. We are called to steward our lives and let God live through us. Instead, we’re letting others see the enemy remove us from life-giving connection.
Shame fuels disconnection within ourselves, with others, & with God. We try to break free from shame by telling ourselves positive mantras to override negative messages wired into our being. When it doesn't work, the shame cycle spins more. pic.twitter.com/d5e6qtC4Za
If you grew up without grace or aren’t experiencing permission to live fully alive as the person God designed you to be, don’t give up. There is hope even if it’s hard to see right now. God has something more to reveal to you than what the voice of condemnation has done to you.
